1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions
Custom workouts tailored to you. Each training session, 45 minutes to an hour, features a warm up, work out & cool down, and Q&A.
- Single session for $50 per session
- Two sessions per week, 8 sessions total for $400 or $100 per week
- Three sessions per week, 12 sessions total for $600 or $200 per week
Personal training includes:
Subtitle body
- Free 40 minute assessment
- A 3-5 days a week exercise plan calendar with additional homework
- Nutrition coaching
- Weekly check in support
- Strength & conditioning training / calisthenics:body weight /dumbbells, kettlebells /resistance bands/plyo box, sliders, ladder/ slam ball, jump rope, medicine balls, stability balls etc...
