I cannot say enough great things about Pretty Fitty Zone and Lydia. I came with a lot of medical issues and before we met, she had done her research to learn more about them and how to best tailor a workout to me. I began having great results almost immediately. In just a few sessions, I was down an inch on my waist!! I am so happy to continue on this journey with her. Absolutely 5 stars!!
